It is part of everyday life that people are involved in accidents of one sort or another. Accidents occur in a variety of circumstances and places. People often suffer personal injuries in road traffic accidents, as pedestrians or cyclists, at their place of work, while on holiday, in the home or on the street. If you have suffered a personal injury, some person may have been legally responsible for causing that injury and you may be entitled to compensation.
If you feel you have suffered a personal injury, you can speak with us in confidence and we will advise you of all your options. In the event you decide to proceed with a claim for compensation we will use our considerable experience in personal injury litigation to ensure that you are fully and properly compensated for the injury you have suffered and any loss sustained.

Criminal law is a very broad area of law. It can vary from relatively minor offences (e.g. failing to pay a T.V. licence) to the most serious of offences (homicide). It is important to remember that just because you are accused of having committed a crime it does not automatically mean that you are guilty of that crime or that you can be successfully prosecuted for it.
Whatever the nature of the offence, it is important that you contact a solicitor at the earliest opportunity possible because often what occurs or what is said at the early part of a criminal investigation can have a great impact on the case at a later stage.
If you are arrested, you have a right to consult with a solicitor before being questioned. If you are served with a summons or charge sheet, contact your solicitor immediately and arrange a consultation. Bring the summons or charge sheet(s) with you together with any other documentation given to you by the Gardai. It will also be very helpful if you keep a good record of what happened noting times and dates as best as you can remember.
Brian Jennings at our office has considerable experience of criminal matters having practiced as a barrister for eight years.

Litigation is where a dispute arises between two opposing parties and legal proceedings are brought to court to determine the outcome of that dispute. The nature of the dispute and the monetary value of the claim will determine whether the litigation takes places in the District Court, the Circuit Court or the High Court.

Solicitors have a broad and enviable knowledge of and experience in litigation as Brian Jennings, our principal, practised as a barrister for eight years prior to establishing the firm. He was instructed by solicitors nationwide in litigation ranging from commercial disputes, personal injury law*, defamation, debt collection, land disputes, injunctions, banking law, asset-freezing applications, negligence (including medical and professional negligence), fraud, breach of contract, Landlord & Tenant disputes, employment law disputes, probate disputes, actions for and against local authorities and bankruptcy applications.
